Privacy policy
1. What we collect
Your name, email address and mobile number, identity documents where they are required, payment details, your trading settings and history, and technical information such as IP address and device type.
2. Why we collect it
To run your account, carry out your instructions, keep the platform secure, provide support, meet our legal duties, and — only with your consent — send you updates.
3. Security information
Passwords are hashed and two-step secrets are encrypted at rest. Device history and approved withdrawal addresses are kept to help protect your account from misuse.
4. Legal grounds
We process data to fulfil our contract with you, to comply with the law, and for our legitimate interest in running a secure service. Any marketing relies on your consent.
5. Who we share with
Trusted suppliers for hosting, payments, analytics and support, each under a confidentiality agreement. We never sell your personal data to anyone.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open, and afterwards for the period tax and anti-money-laundering law require. Demo-only accounts are deleted soon after closure.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to certain uses. Email privacy@kisupertech.com and we will respond within the statutory period.
8. Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in securely. Optional analytics cookies are set only if you accept them, and declining them costs you no functionality.
9. Fonts and third-party requests
Webfonts are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so no request carrying your IP address reaches a third party before you have chosen anything. A consent banner is worthless if the page has already made the call.
10. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your own country, protected by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard where one is required.
11. Contact
Questions about privacy can be sent to privacy@kisupertech.com. The controller's identity and the supervisory authority you may complain to will be named here once the operating entity is settled.
